What are the differences between the available account types?

At BuzzTrade, we offer 5 different account types: Mini, Standard, Advanced, Premium and Black. Each account is designed to offer every one of our traders the maximum rewards at each individual level.

What is the smallest possible amount needed to open an account?

The smallest deposit option at BuzzTrade is 250 ($/€/£).

How do I fund my account?

Depositing funds into your trading account is fast and secure. We offer VISA, MASTERCARD and Wire Transfer options. We also offer a range of third party alternative payment options including NETELLER and Skrill. Please refer to the Banking Page for more details.

Does BuzzTrade offer bonuses on deposits?

We offer a variety of bonuses depending on the account you have chosen. The welcome bonus we offer on your first deposit ranges from 25% up to 100% of your deposit amount, depending on the account type you choose.  We offer ongoing promotions and special deals, make sure you’re receiving emails from us so you don’t miss out!

How do I open an account?

Please click ‘Open an Account’ at the top right of the page and enter your details to register for a new account. A BuzzTrade account manager will contact you to help you further.

How do I withdraw funds?

Login to your account, click on the ‘My Account’ tab on the tool bar at the top of the page, then select ‘Withdrawal’. You may then choose your preferred withdrawal method.

Can I change my personal details and account information?

Yes, In order to change your personal details you should contact our Customer Support team at [email protected], or call one of our office numbers which can be found on the Contact Us Page.

Can I open multiple accounts?

No. BuzzTrade only allows one account per name and credit card. Therefore, having it is impossible to have multiple accounts.

How do I manage my account?

Within your own personal ‘My Account’ page you may edit personal details and credit card information. To do so, log into BuzzTrade.com and click on the “My Account” link on the upper left corner.

How do I view my trading history?

Log into your BuzzTrade account. Proceed to “Trade History” on the top right hand corner. Choose the dates you wish to view the transactions form and proceed.

How often are transactions updated in my account?

Transactions are updated in real time as your binary options trades are actioned. Once you have made a trade, you may view its details by clicking on ‘Trade History’. You will then be able to view past and current trades with full trade details.

Where can I view my transaction history?

Log onto your BuzzTrade account and then click ‘History’. You will then be able to locate all of financial data transaction, including deposit information, withdrawal information. All private information is stored safely and securely on the BuzzTrade trading platform.

Can I add credit cards to my account?

You may only enter your card details on every transactions. For your protection your credit card information cannot be stored on our system.

What are the reasons a credit/debit transaction could be declined?

If you credit card is declined, it doesn’t necessarily mean that there is a problem with your card or that you don’t have sufficient funds.  For example, your card can be declined because the address on your account doesn’t match the address registered to your credit card. A credit/debit card issuing bank has the ability to red flag large transaction amounts to prevent fraudulent charges.  You might need to manually approve these charges by calling your bank. Also, you might have simply typed in the incorrect security code.

What is a SWIFT Code?

A SWIFT code is the unique identification code of a particular bank that is used when transferring money between banks. Your bank can tell you what its SWIFT code is. If the SWIFT code comprises only eight digits, you will have to insert XXX at the end.

Which currencies can I use in my account?

You can fund your account and trade using US Dollar, Euro or British Pound. Please note that you cannot change your currency selection after registration.

Why were my two withdrawal requests combined?

We reserve the rights to combine any withdrawal requests made within 48 hours using the same payment method into one payment. We also reserve the rights to refund traders via the original payment method used when initially funding the trading account.

Are there any withdrawal fees?

BuzzTrade does not charges a service fee for withdrawals or any financial transactions. However it is possible that your financial institution will charge for the transfer of funds, and so we advise you to check directly with them.

What documents are required to make a withdrawal?

Before withdrawing funds, your account must be verified. We require:

Color copy of a valid government issued photo I.D., front and back (i.e. identification card/ driver’s license/ passport).

  • Color copy of a utility bill no more than three months old, in your name, showing an address matching the address on the Photo I.D. (i.e. water/ gas/ electric/ phone bill or bank statement).

How long does it take to withdraw money?

At any time, you may request an online withdrawal of funds from your account. We guarantee that all financial transactions are 100% secure, and the request will be processed in a timely manner. Please note that we only accept withdrawal requests of at least $50 per transaction, and all withdrawal requests are subject to a client’s account being fully verified and funded with the withdrawal amount. If your account is subject to a bonus agreement, please refer to the relevant terms and conditions on withdrawals. How can I withdraw funds from my account?

Simply log in to your account, then click on ‘Withdrawal’ from the top menu.

Does it matter which deposit method I choose? How do they work?

It is your choice which deposit method suits you best, although it is worth considering the amount you wish to deposit and whether you wish to begin trading immediately.

How will the charges appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card charges will be posted under the name *YTF Trade Limited.

Is there a maximum I can withdraw from my account?

The withdrawal method selection is limited, and is subjected to the initial investment method you used. For instance, if you invested $1000 using your VISA card as your payment method, and then gained an extra $500 from profitable investments, i.e. you now have a total of $1500on your trading account of BuzzTrade.

Whenever you choose to withdraw your $1500, your initial investment of $1000 will be credited back to your VISA card. The additional funds of $500 will be sent refunded to your bank account via wire, upon receipt of the necessary details.

Is there a minimum re-deposit amount?

Yes. As with the regular deposit minimum, the re-deposit minimum is250 ($/€/£).

Is there a maximum deposit?

No, there is no maximum deposit amount.

How long does it take until my funds are received?

All methods except for wire transfers are instant and will appear on your trading account balance within 24 hours of your transaction. Wire transfers normally take 3-5 business days.

How do I deposit funds into my BuzzTrade trading account?

Depositing funds into your trading account is fast and secure. Log in to your account, go to your account and click deposit. There are various methods with which you can fund your account. Choose what suits you best from:

Bank Wire Transfer

Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)

Alternative Payment Method (e.g., NETELLER, Skrill)

How long does it take to withdraw the money?

At any time, you may request an online withdrawal of funds from your account. We guarantee that all financial transactions are 100% secure, and the request will be processed in a timely manner. Please note that we only accept withdrawal requests of at least $50 per transaction, and all withdrawal requests are subject to a client’s account being fully verified and funded with the withdrawal amount. We offer pending bonuses which are shown separately in trader’s account and are added to their actual account balance only when the trading volume for that bonus is met. Thus, once you want to withdraw your funds you are entitled to do so even if the trading requirements are not met. In this case the pending bonus will be revoked.
